About P.K. Agarwal:
P.K. Agarwal has been appointed the new CEO of TiE Global, effective May 4, 2010. P.K. was the Chief Technology Officer of the State of California since 2005. During his tenure, he successfully consolidated multiple independent IT organizations, saving taxpayers over $60 million; and helped create an enterprise IT operation consisting of 800 professionals. P.K. pioneered the use of the Internet in government and shaped the national policy in this area. He has the unique distinction of having a U.S. national annual award named as the "P.K. Agarwal Award for Leadership in Electronic Government". As a national speaker on IT issues, he has spread the message of innovation with thought-provoking insights into the future of technology and the shape of things to come.
 
He has over 25 years of experience in government technology, spanning both the public and private sectors. Previously, he held positions of Vice President at ACS Inc. and Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for NIC Inc. He started his professional career as a management consultant for EDS Corporation. P.K. has a Bachelor's in Engineering from IIT, New Delhi, and Masters Degrees from California State University, Sacramento and University of California, Berkeley.
 

About Russ Holmes:
Russ Holmes joined DLT Solutions in 2004 as Vice President of its Oracle sales division.  For the nine years prior to joining DLT Solutions, Holmes held various sales and management positions with Oracle Corp., culminating in the position of Regional Manager overseeing Oracle’s Military Healthcare team
