| Summary |
- Analyze and define user requirements; architect, design, develop, and customize Oracle client/server software solutions for data management; conduct feasibility study
- Define workflow; perform database programming and data conversion; integrate and implement designed applications with existing system
- Create and customize stored procedures, triggers, forms, and reports; design test plans
- Perform testing; analyze test results and identify problem areas; manage project development schedule and progress
- Provide on-going technical support and guidance; and design solutions to correct technical problems

| Qualifications |
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field of study and two years of experience OR bachelor’s degree and five years of progressive experience.
- Two years of experience with Oracle client/server development and implementation, Oracle Applications 11, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports 6i, and Oracle database 8i.
