Current Open Positions

Title: Senior Oracle Applications Designer

  • Analyze business requirements; Design and develop complex, mission-critical Oracle Applications in the areas of finance and distribution; implement company product suite, Enterprise Data Management Solutions in the area of Oracle Applications; conduct feasibility study and system analysis
  • Lead development and implementation efforts; configure applications; upgrade Oracle Applications; conduct testing; tune applications; perform system documentation and root-cause analysis
  • Provide on-going technical support and guidance; interface designed applications with clients' existing systems and applications; perform project planning and end user training; and manage project development schedule and progress.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study and three years of Oracle Applications 11i experience or Bachelor degree and five years of progressive experience.
  • Three years of experience with Oracle Application design, development, and implementation using Oracle Applications 11i, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Database 8i or higher, PL/SQL, and SQL.

Title: Technical Lead

Analyze user and system requirements; lead efforts to customize and implement enterprise data management software products to manage and secure data; define interfaces to enterprise resource planning tables for Oracle Applications, Java development environment, and data exchanges; deploy applications on application servers; solve complex system problems; provide periodic reports to clients regarding project status, issues encountered, changes in resources, and milestone completed; analyze change requests and determine feasibility; lead onsite/offshore project teams; monitor development schedule; provide technical guidance and support; and conduct review and walkthrough of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study and three years of experience leading technical projects or bachelor degree and five years of progressive experience.
  • Three years of technical leadership experience; software architecture and design with J2EE, API, and Oracle RDBMS; implement traditional, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies;
  • XML; SQL Server; DB2 databases; AIX platforms; Tomcat/JBoss/Weblogic/Websphere application servers; Windows; and Unix/Solaris.

Title: Director - Sales

The Director - Sales position will be responsible for all sales activities, sales personnel and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Solix's opportunities in the US. Duties will include sales strategy, hiring, managing, and training.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of demonstrated sales team management and leadership experience with a track record of consistent and exemplary achievement; start-up experience is a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree supported by real sales experience.
  • Relevant and strong experience in the Enterprise Software space;
  • Ability to deliver a clear and compelling value proposition to customers/partners;
  • Experience in a complex sales environment, managing large and demanding customer accounts;
  • Decisive problem-solving ability and capability to assess people and situations with accuracy;
  • Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability;
  • Experience in implementing and successfully driving a high-touch, indirect channel sales model in addition to direct sales;
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation and managerial/leadership skills;
  • Exceptional skills in hiring, training and motivating sales people;
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial individual with a desire to tackle challenging opportunities;

Title: Sr. Oracle Applications DBA

  • Analyze and define business requirements; architect, design, and develop large-scale, enterprise level Oracle Applications and databases; conduct feasibility study
  • Lead development, implementation, and administration efforts; perform project planning and user training; administer Oracle applications and databases; conduct testing; perform root-cause analysis; manage project development schedule and progress; upgrade Oracle Applications and databases;
  • Develop backup and recovery procedures; provide on-going technical support and guidance; design solutions to correct technical problems; conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning; administer and maintain security policies and procedures; and interface designed applications with clients' existing systems and applications

Requirements

  • Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study and three years of experience in Oracle Applications & Oracle database or Bachelor degree and five years of progressive experience.
  • Three years of experience with Oracle Application and Oracle database architecture, design, and administration; Oracle E-Business Suite; PL/SQL; Shell/Perl; Oracle 10g, and Unix.
