As the Founder & CEO of Solix Technologies, Mr. Gundavelli is responsible for the company's overall vision and strategic direction. Under his leadership the company pioneered the concept of Enterprise Data Management, providing the first worldwide infrastructure platform to manage data across all segments of Enterprise Data (Structured and Unstructured).
He has a proven track record in recognizing and quickly responding to the requirements of the high-technology marketplace and is the founder of many successful startups including Emagia Corporation (www.emagia.com) and SITI Corporation (www.siti.com)
Prior to founding Solix technologies, Mr.Gundavelli spearheaded several strategic initiatives in Enterprise Application areas at technology leaders like CISCO Systems and Arix Corp.
Mr.Gundavelli is a member of the Churchill Club, TIE Charter member and also a member of NASSCOM. He is a business and technology thought leader and a distinguished speaker in many forums. He holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from University of Oklahoma and Bachelors from Osmania University.

Shekhar Dasgupta President and COO
As the President and COO of Solix Technologies, Mr. Dasgupta has taken up the charter to make Solix the global leader in Information lifecycle management (ILM) through high scale operations and strategic relationships across the world. Prior to Solix, Mr. Dasgupta was the Managing Director for Oracle India. He led Oracle India to capture 5th position in Asia Pacific, including Japan.
His initiatives led to establishing the Oracle-HP e-Governance Center of Excellence and Oracle as a leader in providing e-governance solutions in India. He worked with various Indian and Asian Government bodies on their specific e-Governance needs.
Prior to joining Oracle India, he worked for eight years with PSI Data Systems (a then affiliate of Groupe Bull, France). He began his career with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) where he worked for over two years as an Economist.
Mr. Dasgupta is an Economics Honors graduate from Presidency College, Calcutta, and holds a PGDM from IIM-Bangalore. He also attended an Executive Management Program at the INSEAD Asia School in Singapore. He was one of the founding members of the Governing Council of the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, between 2000-2005.
He is a Charter member of TiE. He is a regular speaker at various technology forums and at prestigious academia.
As Sr. Vice President, Mr. Lee has taken on the charter to build Managed Services offering for Information Lifecycle Management solutions.
He is a senior technology executive with more than 25 years of experience with a track record of successful enterprise application implementations and business transformations. Prior to joining Solix, he worked as Sr. Vice President at BearingPoint where he led their Enterprise Applications practice. During his tenure at Bearingpoint, he pioneered the effort to develop a rapid implementation methodology for ERP applications that was widely adopted in the industry . Prior to BearingPoint, he served
as Director of Information Technology for a medical device manufacturing company where he led one of the very first implementations of the Oracle applications.
Mr. Lee holds degrees from The University of Texas and Texas A&M University.
Dinendra (Dinu) Joshi Vice President – Global Software Delivery
Dinu Joshi is the Vice President of Global Software Delivery at Solix Technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in providing enterprise application solutions for various industry verticals. Mr. Joshi is a known leader in ILM space and is the founder of the Archive and Purge Special Interest Group at OAUG (www.oaug.org) and is the organization's worldwide coordinator.
He is an eminent speaker and has presented numerous papers at conventions around the world.
Prior to joining Solix, Mr. Joshi held information technology management positions at firms such as Telco (TATA subsidiary) and Software Alliance (IBM Susbsidiary).
Raghu Kodali brings 15 years enterprise software experience to Solix Technologies. Previously, he was with Oracle Corporation for 12 years, most recently as Director of Product Management & Strategy, Oracle Enterprise Content Management. In addition, Raghu was Oracle’s SOA Evangelist leading next-generation Java EE initiatives at Oracle Development Tools. Raghu commenced his Oracle career at Oracle Asia-Pacific, Singapore, in field Pre-Sales and Technical Marketing. After university graduation, Raghu worked at National Computer Systems, Singapore, as Software Engineer.
He is a frequent speaker and has written several articles for leading IT publications, including Java Developer's Journal, JavaPro, AjaxWorld, and Oracle Magazine. Raghu Kodali is co-author of a leading technical reference on Java computing, “Beginning EJB 3 Application Development”, published by Apress, 2006.
