SUNNYVALE, Calif., February 14, 2007 – Solix Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise data management solutions, today announced that Julie Lockner, vice president of sales operations, has been elected treasurer for the Storage Networking Industry Association’s (SNIA) Data Management Forum. The election was effective February 12, 2007.

The SNIA Data Management Forum (DMF) is a cooperative initiative of IT professionals, vendors, integrators, and service providers working to address customer information management issues related to data protection, compliance, cost, and complexity. Areas of focus include promoting standardization, interoperability and the development of best practices, to accelerate the deployment of information lifecycle management, data protection, and long term digital archive storage solutions, that enable customer choice and flexibility.
